  1. My understanding is that the ”low-fat” fad turns out to have been scientifically wrong, both on the ground that dietary cholesterol does not lead to blood cholesterol and that the substitution of sugary substances has led to the current epidemic of diabetes. So I would say that this nutritionist’s advice is suspicious, and if she isn’t up to date on full-fat milk vs. skim milk, we can’t trust her to be up to date on other matters.
