När våren är i luften, solen skiner och alla går omkring med lättare steg och ett leende på läpparna, så känns det som om man har hittat definitionen på [color=#ff0000]Lycka[/color].
Samtidigt är ordet [color=#3366ff]Lycka[/color] flerdimisionellt och individuellt. Såklart.
Men nu verkar t o m forskare varit intrigued av ordet [color=#ff00ff]lycka [/color]och dess innebörd, och det finns ett antal forskare som försöker lösa gåtan på hur man gör världen [color=#339966]lyckligare[/color]. Låter som ett hedersvärt uppdrag som skulle komma oss alla till gagn.
Jag läste i Metro idag att i helgen anordnas världens andra lyckokonferens: [b]Charity International i Stockholm,[/b] på Stockholms Universitet.
Lyckoforskare, politiker, ekonomer och filosofer från hela världen är inbjudna för att diskutera hur man kan gå tillväga för att höja [color=#0000ff]lyckonivån[/color] i världen. Det pratas om att man vill införa ett [color=#800080]lyckoindex[/color] i politiken, dvs ett index som talar om befolkningens genomsnittslycka.
Så hur definieras [color=#cc99ff]lycka[/color] enligt forskningen?:
[b]Välbefinnande och livstillfredställelse. [/b]
[i]Friends, livet är kort så det gäller att ta tillvara på det så mycket vi kan. Försök verkligen att njuta i Nuet, och inte att springa förmycket mellan framtid och dåtid samt alla 'måsten'..[/i]
En av mina favoritlåtar är [i]The Sunscreen Song / Everybodys Free to wear Sunscreen,[/i] som har en text som verkligen får en att tänka till och stanna upp lite och njuta av livet.
Texten kommer ursprungligen ifrån en artikel skriven av Mary Schmich i tidningen Chicago Tribune 1997, (det har dock gått rykten om att det hela var ett avgångstal av en Kurt Vonnegut till MIT studenter, årgång The Class of 1998 men detta är bara ett rykte). Sanningen är dock att regissören Baz Luhrman, mannen bakom b la Moulin Rouge, kom över texten och gillade den så mycket att han köpte rättigheterna och gjorde en låt av texten. Låten, [i]The Sunscreen Song/ Everybodys Free to wear Sunscreen[/i] kom att spelas oavbrutet på amerikansk radio när den släpptes 1999.

choices are half chance. So are everybody else's.[/i][/color]

can. Don't be afraid of it or of what other people think of it. It's the
greatest instrument you'll ever own.[/i]
[i]Dance, even if you have nowhere to do

[i]Do not read beauty magazines. They will
only make you feel ugly.[/i]
[i]Get to know your parents. You never
know when they'll be gone for good. Be nice to your siblings. They're your best
link to your past and the people most likely to stick with you in the future.[/i]

but with a precious few you should hold on. Work hard to bridge the gaps in
geography and lifestyle, because the older you get, the more you need the people
who knew you when you were young.[/i]

Prices will rise. Politicians will philander. You, too, will get old. And when
you do, you'll fantasize that when you were young, prices were reasonable,

[color=#3366ff][i]Don't expect anyone else to support
you. Maybe you have a trust fund. Maybe you'll have a wealthy spouse. But you
never know when either one might run out.[/i]

patient with those who supply it. Advice is a form of nostalgia. Dispensing it
