I morgon s\u00e5 ska jag \u00e4ntligen fixa h\u00e5ret iallafall. Det var l\u00e4ngesen jag f\u00e4rgade det sist s\u00e5 det ska bli sk\u00f6nt att fr\u00e4scha till kalufsen. Det kanske kan f\u00e5 mig lite piggare. Just nu \u00e4r min kropp i v\u00e4ldig obalans. Min mage g\u00f6r uppror och jag vet inte alls vad det beror p\u00e5. Mat? Stress? Omst\u00e4llning i vardagen? Jag har verkligen ingen aning. Sjukt jobbigt \u00e4r det i allafall. Och nu n\u00e4r jag \u00e4ntligen har kommit ig\u00e5ng med tr\u00e4ningen igen s\u00e5 ska mina kn\u00e4n cpa min,&nbsp; min rygg verkar inte vilja vara med. Vad fan h\u00e4nder med mig? Tur att jag snart ska till l\u00e4karen. D\u00e5 f\u00e5r jag ge dem en lista p\u00e5 vad jag vill att de ska kolla haha s\u00e5 sjukt irriterande.<\/p>\n<p>Ig\u00e5r skulle jag tr\u00e4na magen med hj\u00e4lp av TRX band. Problemet vart ju bara att min mage protesterade och i varenda \u00f6vning s\u00e5 anv\u00e4nde jag typ kn\u00e4na och mitt h\u00f6gerkn\u00e4 ville inte acceptera det. Det blev ett kort gympass,&nbsp; men b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n inget kanske?
