Jag minns n\u00e4r jag och bejb b\u00f6rjade tr\u00e4na ihop och f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen skulle tr\u00e4na biceps med en st\u00e5ng, sittandes p\u00e5 en m\u00e4rklig maskin som tryckte upp tuttarna under hakan (s\u00e4kert m\u00e4nnens Favorit maskin att se tjejer tr\u00e4na p\u00e5;)) d\u00e5 orkade jag knappt att sl\u00e4nga p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra vikter alls till slut k\u00e4mpade jag mig igenom en repetition med 1.1\/4 kg p\u00e5 varje sida haha n\u00e4stan lite pinsamt men man m\u00e5ste ju b\u00f6rja n\u00e5gonstans. Idag orkade jag det dubbla. Inte ett helt repp men \u00e4nd\u00e5.
