Jag har s\u00e5n sjuk tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk fr\u00e5n g\u00e5rdagens br\u00f6stpass (och \u00e4nd\u00e5 vart det ett l\u00e4tt pass med inte allt f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga \u00f6vningar) Det m\u00e4rks hur sjukt otr\u00e4nad man \u00e4r. haha f\u00e5r tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk f\u00f6r minsta lilla.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.muscles.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/03\/rygg1.gif\" width=\"200\" height=\"187\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Jag kan tyv\u00e4rr inte p\u00e5st\u00e5 att jag l\u00e4ngtar efter dagens pass, men det \u00e4r kul att n\u00e5gon kan dra en till gymmet dessa dagar \ud83d\ude42 ska snart l\u00e4gga om kosten ocks\u00e5 och l\u00e4gga in en massa konditionstr\u00e4ning i schemat.
