Varf\u00f6r t\u00e4nkte jag 20 min? &nbsp;Jo p\u00e5 20 min hinner man s\u00e4tta fart p\u00e5 kroppen som g\u00f6r mer nytta \u00e4n 20 min i soffan helt enkelt. &nbsp;Hur som s\u00e5 k\u00f6r jag s\u00e4llan med vikter eller i stort sett aldrig men ig\u00e5r v\u00e4rmde ja l\u00e4tt p\u00e5 nya cyklarna vi s\u00e5 fint f\u00e5tt i g\u00e5va till boxningen och sedan k\u00f6rde jag lite br\u00f6st och armar.
