Det \u00e4r faktiskt sk\u00f6nt att promenera i regn.<\/p>\n<p>Sen lite sundare kost, s\u00e5 m\u00e5r man r\u00e4tt bra!<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r g\u00e4rna ett tr\u00e4ningsschema, s\u00e5 kryssar man i de dagar man tr\u00e4nat.<br \/>\nVill man kan man \u00e4ven skriva dit &#8221;tiderna&#8221; man g\u00e5tt, l\u00f6pt rundan p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Jag tycker att promenader ger lika mycket som l\u00f6pning!<br \/>\nMen vill man h\u00f6ja tempo\/puls s\u00e5 kan man v\u00e4lja att springa.<\/p>\n<p>Vi h\u00f6res!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jag promenerar mycket, det ger resultat.
