Gr\u00f6t)<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\u00c4t frukt och gr\u00f6nt (minst en frukt om dagen)<\/p>\n<p>3.\tUnna dig en massagetid (boka en tid s\u00e5 det blir av)<\/p>\n<p>4.\tS\u00e4tt upp egna m\u00e5l, dr\u00f6mmar och \u00f6nskningar (prylar, resor,  mat, bak, motion, ja precis allt) <\/p>\n<p>5.\tR\u00f6r p\u00e5 dig!!!
