Igår när jag skulle iväg på pilates (varning för äcklig information) så var min fina sportbh helt genomvåt av svett när jag tog på mig den eftersom jag varit och tränat hårt några timmar innan xD Så jag kom fram till att jag absolut ville tvätta den idag… Så jag la den i kallt vatten i blöt en stund innan jag skulle tvätta den för hand med typ duschkräm och ljummet vatten :> Dock kändes den väldigt fräsch efter kallvattenbadet så jag vred ur den och rullade in den i en frottehandduk som jag vred om ;> Klart! Och sportbh:n känns fräääsch igen ! <3
Nu sitter jag och dricker lite för starkt kaffe med osötad sojamjölk i <3 Ska strax iväg och fixa i ordning lunch! Lax får det bli! Kanske gör någon god chokladpudding efter av grädde, proteinpulver och kakao om jag vågar slösa på kolhydraterna haha ;>
Har i alla fall kokat 1 kg spenat som jag kan ta av och lägga smör i <3 ! Spenat innehållr 0,5 g kolisar/100 g. Så det kan jag käka mycket av utan att kolhydraterna skenar iväg ! Har bestämt mig för att försöka slå mitt rekord i så få gram kolhydrater som möjligt idag! Mitt rekord just nu är väl kanske det jag lyckades käka igår – bara 10 g!! 😀 Så idag blir väl siktet att käka bara några få gram, högst 6 eller 8. Vi får se huruvida jag lyckas eller ej ;> Ska verkligen försöka! Hör av mig ikväll hur jag klarat av det : D ! Hihi! Hoppas ni kämpar på med det ni gör <3
