Lyckades hamna under 20 g kolhydrater idag med!! \ud83d\ude00 \u00c5t ca 15 g ig\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 :&gt; BRAVOOO! Haha! ^__^ Glad!<\/p>\n<p>Kolhydraterna drog iv\u00e4g lite i nummer imorse n\u00e4r jag blandade kesella med proteinpulver och r\u00e5kade ta f\u00f6r mycket pulver s\u00e5 det inte gick att blanda \ud83d\ude41 Blev f\u00f6r starkt ocks\u00e5, hade i mer kesella, so more kolisar with that&#8230; Ja ja, imorgon \u00e4r en ny dag! \ud83d\ude42 Har bokat in mig p\u00e5 yogan st\u00e5r i v\u00e4ntek\u00f6, f\u00e5r se om jag f\u00e5r plats! Annars blir det en lugn sv\u00e4ng p\u00e5 gymmet, ska k\u00f6ra mage is\u00e5fall \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Idag har kosten best\u00e5tt mycket av brieost&#8230; haha, s\u00e5 gott och kr\u00e4migt, tror jag b\u00f6rjar bli lite besatt..! O.o Mindre \u00e4n 1 g kolhydrater\/100 g i alla fall s\u00e5&#8230; :&gt; Stekt n\u00f6tf\u00e4rs och k\u00e4kat bacon igen haha! Avokado, \u00e4gg och kycklingfil\u00e9 har det blivit ocks\u00e5!
