H\u00e5rd i magen som sjutton! Och m\u00f6jligen en gnutta huvudv\u00e4rk ocks\u00e5, tror det \u00e4r saltet :S &#8230; ! Men men, mycket vatten, gr\u00f6nt te och r\u00f6relse s\u00e5 ska det nog fixa sig hihi \ud83d\ude42 !<\/p>\n<p>Imorgon ska jag nog f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka att inte k\u00e4ka lika mycket saltrika livsmedel, dvs mindre ost och salt k\u00f6tt&#8230; Akta er f\u00f6r salt \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n<p>Dagens tr\u00e4ning blev:<br \/>\nPromenad 40 min (till och fr\u00e5n gymmet)<br \/>\nYoga 75 minuter<br \/>\nStorhandla (Haha, kan man r\u00e4kna detta? :P)<\/p>\n<p>Br\u00e4nt ca 300 kcal ut\u00f6ver mina 1700 som jag br\u00e4nner en dag framf\u00f6r datorn. S\u00e5 idag blev balansen + 150 kcal, som beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r muskeltillv\u00e4xt :&gt; N\u00f6jd med dagen!
