F\u00e5r massa \u00e5ngest f\u00f6r det &#8230; Har knappt \u00e4tit n\u00e5gra kolhydrater som tur \u00e4r i alla fall&#8230; Men KALORIERNA?! HERRE &#8211; J\u00c4VLA &#8211; GUD s\u00e4ger jag bara&#8230;! \ud83d\ude41 Har ju knappt r\u00f6rt p\u00e5 mig alls idag heller, mest suttit still&#8230; Tr\u00e4nade armarna imorse, och sen cyklade jag och M och handlade lite sm\u00e5saker, cykeltur p\u00e5 typ 5 min&#8230; Sen tog jag en stillsam och lugn liten lunk-promenad p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen i 15 minuter &#8211; med andra ord knappt n\u00e5gon tr\u00e4ning \u00f6verhuvudtaget!!!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Dagens n\u00e4ringsintag:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Frukost:<\/strong> 1 \u00e4gg, 1 avokado, 50 g n\u00f6tf\u00e4rs, 43 g gr\u00e4dde, 42 g ost.<br \/>\n<strong>Mellis:<\/strong> 32 g proteinpulver (shake), 5 g kakao, 66 g ost.<br \/>\n<strong>Lunch:<\/strong> 1 laxfil\u00e9, sm\u00f6r, 150 g spenat, 30 g ost, 50 g kesella.<br \/>\n<strong>Fika:<\/strong> 50 g n\u00f6tf\u00e4rs, 60 g brieost<br \/>\n<strong>Middag:<\/strong> 60 g n\u00f6tf\u00e4rs, 1 \u00e4gg, 160 g spenat, 51 g brieost, 117 g lax, sallad och r\u00f6dl\u00f6k (lite fusk h\u00e4r, kolisar plussas p\u00e5..)<br \/>\n<strong>Kv\u00e4llfika:<\/strong> 134 g lax, 170 g spenat.<\/p>\n<p>= 2 600 kcal, 230 g protein, 16 g kolhydrater, 177 g fett.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c5 N G E S T !!!!!<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\ude41 \ud83d\ude41 \ud83d\ude41 &#8230; Kommer inte kunna somna&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hej allihopa!
