(: !!<br \/>\nBiceps: Hantlar 7 kg &#8211; 3 x 2. 6 kg &#8211; 4 x 2. 5 kg &#8211; 6 x 1. (ont i handlederna.. :() ;o !<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Nedvarvn<\/span>: G\u00e5 lugnt 25 min.<\/p>\n<p>Sen p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen blev det 75 min Yogapass igen &lt;3 Riktigt avkopplande och sk\u00f6nt! Dock tr\u00f6tt och stel i kroppen, men blir smidigare och smidigare f\u00f6rhoppningsvis haha \ud83d\ude00 1<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><\/p>\n<h3>Dagens matintag:<\/h3>\n<p><\/span><br \/>\n377 g lax<br \/>\n54 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n82 g avokado<br \/>\n5 g linfr\u00f6olja<br \/>\n609 g spenat<br \/>\n3 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n35 g brieost<br \/>\n30 g proteinpulver<br \/>\n15 g kakao<br \/>\n71 g gr\u00e4dde<br \/>\n21 g standardmj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n70 g sm\u00f6rstekt n\u00f6tf\u00e4rs<br \/>\n10 g riven kokos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Totalt:<\/strong><br \/>\n2 450 kcal<br \/>\n18 g kolhydrater (I alla fall under 20!)<\/p>\n<p>Orkade inte r\u00e4kna protein och fett idag \ud83d\ude41 pga kaotisk g\u00e5rdag med tivoli och FELAKTIGA N\u00c4RINGSV\u00c4RDEN SOM F\u00d6RST\u00d6R ALLT :&lt; !!! Var riktigt jobbigt faktiskt. Men idag har jag tr\u00e4nat och \u00e4tit bra grejor s\u00e5 nu k\u00e4nns det riktigt bra! \ud83d\ude42 Up and up!<\/p>\n<p>Kram p\u00e5 er och hoppas att ni ocks\u00e5 k\u00e4mpar p\u00e5 och lyckas bra med att n\u00e5 era m\u00e5l!
