Nu \u00e4r det i alla fall b\u00e4ttre och jag k\u00e4nner mig mycket piggare!<\/p>\n<p>Bl\u00e4ddrade massor i min cupcakebok och hittade ett recept p\u00e5 havremuffins med dadlar som jag modifierade lite !<br \/>\nDe blir inte s\u00e4rskilt s\u00f6ta men v\u00e4ldigt mysiga eller hur man ska s\u00e4ga! :3 Plus att det k\u00e4nns s\u00e5 bra n\u00e4r man vet att de inte \u00e4r s\u00e5 onyttiga haha!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong> (ger <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">6 st<\/span> muffins)!<br \/>\n1 banan<br \/>\n1,5 dl fiberberikade havregryn<br \/>\n125 g l\u00e4ttkesella<br \/>\n1\/2 tsk kanel<br \/>\n1\/2 tsk kardemumma<br \/>\n50 g malda mandlar<br \/>\n1 tsk bakpulver<br \/>\n1\/4 tsk bikarbonat<br \/>\n1 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n30 g flytande honung<br \/>\n30 g olivolja (typ 1\/2 dl n\u00e4stan..)<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader.<br \/>\n<strong>2<\/strong>. Blanda havregryn + kesella.<br \/>\n<strong>3.<\/strong> Blanda kanel, kardemumma, bakpulver, bikarbonat, malda mandlar och mosad banan.<br \/>\n4<strong>.<\/strong> Vispa \u00e4gget. Ha i oljan och honungen.<br \/>\n<strong>5<\/strong>. I med havregrynsblandningen och sedan bananblandningen! Vispa ihop.<br \/>\n<strong>6. <\/strong>F\u00f6rdela i 6 st muffinsformar och gr\u00e4dda mitt i ugnen i ca <strong>40 min<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00e4ringsinneh\u00e5ll per styck (ca)<\/strong><br \/>\nKalorier: 200<br \/>\nProtein: 8 g<br \/>\nKolhydrater: 15 g<br \/>\nSackaros: 1,5 g<br \/>\nFett: 12 g<br \/>\nM\u00e4ttat fett: 1,8 g<br \/>\nEnkelom\u00e4ttat fett: 7,5 g<br \/>\nFlerom\u00e4ttat fett: 1,9 g<\/p>\n<p>Ha det s\u00e5 fint och ta hand om er!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tjoho p\u00e5 er!
