Sen s\u00e4gs det ocks\u00e5 att lite alkohol som ett glas r\u00f6tt om dagen g\u00f6r gott. Sk\u00e4mt o sido!<\/p>\n<p>Jag tr\u00e4nar varje dag, d\u00e5 jag v\u00e4xlar mellan styrketr\u00e4ning och cardio varannan dag. Ja! ibland blir jag riktigt less p\u00e5 att tr\u00e4na och det \u00e4r oftast d\u00e5 jag hets\u00e4ter godis och blir p\u00e5 d\u00e5ligt hum\u00f6r s\u00e5 det jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker g\u00f6ra nu \u00e4r att kontrollera detta behov och hum\u00f6r genom att ha 2 vilodagar per vecka.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har sl\u00e4ngt ut v\u00e5gen eftersom att vikten \u00e4r verkligen unik f\u00f6r varje individ och den enda man ska j\u00e4mf\u00f6ra sig med \u00e4r sig sj\u00e4lv.<\/p>\n<p>PASSA P\u00c5 OCH FR\u00c5GA N\u00c5GOT VETTJA!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jag k\u00e4nde att jag ville skriva lite om mig sj\u00e4lv!
