Men olika personer beh\u00f6ver oliak m\u00e4ngder <em>osv..<\/em> Jag skippar helst Kolhydrater, allts\u00e5 <em>ris, potatis eller pasta!<strong> \u00c4ter hellre b\u00f6nor, bulgur eller bara sallad samt proteiner k\u00f6tt, fisk eller f\u00e5gel!<\/strong><\/em> F\u00f6ljer ju s\u00e5klart inte detta hela tiden, men f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker iallafall att undvika kolhydrater. <strong>Vill ju inte bygga muskler n\u00e4r jag tr\u00e4nar, utan bara bli &#8221;fast&#8221; i kroppen! \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nDricker \u00e4ven mycket vatten, det \u00f6kar f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nningen!
