{"id":5933,"date":"2012-02-16T23:27:50","date_gmt":"2012-02-16T22:27:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/alma\/?p=5933"},"modified":"2012-02-16T23:27:50","modified_gmt":"2012-02-16T22:27:50","slug":"provade-pa-nagot-nytt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/alma\/2012\/02\/16\/provade-pa-nagot-nytt\/","title":{"rendered":"Provade p\u00e5 n\u00e5got nytt!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>K\u00f6ppte barnmat idag f\u00f6r att \u00e4ta till middag! <em>Jag har ju h\u00f6rt att det \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e5gt med kalorier och fett sn\u00e5lt!<\/em> Ska inte direkt b\u00f6rja med n\u00e5n <em>&#8221;barnmats diet&#8221;<\/em> men har blivit s\u00e5 oerh\u00f6rt r\u00e4dd f\u00f6r vad jag \u00e4ter, \u00e4r livr\u00e4dd f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 i mig f\u00f6r mycket kalorier, \u00e4ter knappt ris, pasta eller potatis. V\u00e5gar knappt \u00e4ta n\u00e5gon mat alls f\u00f6rutom Keso och kn\u00e4cke mackor.. Vet inte riktigt om det \u00e4r f\u00f6r att jag \u00e4r r\u00e4dd f\u00f6r att g\u00e5 upp i vikt, eller f\u00f6r att jag vill g\u00e5 nermer i vikt. Men jag brukar f\u00e5 s\u00e5 n\u00e4r jag tr\u00e4nar, d\u00e5 \u00e4r jag j\u00e4tte noga med vad jag f\u00e5r i mig.. Dock blir det ju lite jobbigt, men det \u00e4r ingenting jag kan g\u00f6ra s\u00e5 mycket \u00e5t saken, f\u00e5r \u00e5ngest s\u00e5 fort jag \u00e4ter , speciellt om det \u00e4r onyttigt. \u00c4ter inte ens frukt l\u00e4ngre eftersom enligt <em><strong>&#8221;GI&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> s\u00e5 ska man undvika frukt d\u00e5 det inneh\u00e5ller hur mycket kalorier som helst..<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aja..
