M\u00e5nga t\u00e4nker ju nej jag ska inte \u00e4ta n\u00e5gonting nu n\u00e4r jag tr\u00e4nar, vilket man absolut inte ska g\u00f6ra.<\/p>\n<p><em>Ig\u00e5r tex s\u00e5 tr\u00e4nade jag, hade fock bara \u00e4tit frukost. \u00c5t en riktigt bra frukost med \u00e4gg, grova mackor, musli osv.. Det var ca kl 9 p\u00e5 morgonen. S\u00e5 jag k\u00e4nde verkligen ingen hunger alls, s\u00e5 skippade att \u00e4ta lunch innan jag skulle tr\u00e4na ( kl 14:00). Allts\u00e5 \u00e5t jag inte p\u00e5 6h efter tr\u00e4ningen och jag hade \u00e4ven g\u00e5tt otroligt mycket med\u00a0min bror kring Stockholm.\u00a0Resultatet blev att jag presterade s\u00e4mre under tr\u00e4ningen och blev tr\u00f6ttare snabbare, vilket min PT m\u00e4rkte!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e5 nu har jag \u00e4tit: Scrumble \u00e4ggs, Sport musli och en grov-br\u00f6d macka.
