M\u00e5nga tror att de ska g\u00e5 ner i vikt genom att \u00e4ta mindre och mer s\u00e4llan, <em>sv\u00e4lta sig.<\/em> Det \u00e4r en metod jag har k\u00f6rt n\u00e4r jag var yngre, men det \u00e4r dock inget l\u00e5ngsiktigt m\u00e5l, man klarar sig inte p\u00e5 ett \u00e4pple \/ dag i en l\u00e4ngre dag.<\/p>\n<p>Man ska h\u00e5lla magen &#8221;ig\u00e5ng&#8221; hela tiden genom att \u00e4ta regelbundet var 2-3h sm\u00e5portioner. Jag dricker ju 50g protein varannan timme och sedan 2 m\u00e5l per dag best\u00e5ende utav lax, kyckling, broccoli och avokado. <strong>Sedan tr\u00e4nar jag regelbundet ocks\u00e5, tr\u00e4nar med vikter osv.. F\u00f6r nej man blir inte biffig som tjej ifall man styrketr\u00e4nar, man f\u00e5r en snygg och fit kropp och man br\u00e4nner fett ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r muskler.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Jag \u00e4ter iallafall omega3 varje morgonen, svart kaffe \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 bra f\u00f6r f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nningen. Sedan kryddar jag p\u00e5 det mesta med chili, cayennepeppar och ingef\u00e4ra!
