Jag hittade kravm\u00e4rkta frysta r\u00e4kor p\u00e5 Willys. Salta om\u00a0r\u00e4korna inte \u00e4r inlagda.<br \/>\nS\u00e4tt tillbaks pannan p\u00e5 plattan n\u00e5gra minuter, men se till att det INTE kokar.<br \/>\nL\u00e4gg \u00f6ver ett lock, annars dunstar smaken fr\u00e5n kryddorna.<br \/>\nL\u00e4gg i mer tabasco f\u00f6r starkare smak.<\/p>\n<p>Servera med r\u00e5ris.<br \/>\nBanan passar\u00a0att ha\u00a0vid sidan om\u00a0kryddstark mat. Det, och mj\u00f6lk,\u00a0neutraliserar \u00e4ven den brinnande smaken om det \u00e4r <em>f\u00f6r<\/em> starkt &#8211; till skillnad fr\u00e5n vatten. \u00c4t helst <strong>ekologisk banan<\/strong> &#8211; enligt Testfakta tas giftet p\u00e5 besprutade bananer inte bara upp av skalet utan \u00e4ven av sj\u00e4lva fruktk\u00f6ttet.
