Jag \u00e4ter de mest konstiga matkombinationerna, t.ex. sill med lingon, banan och m\u00f6gelost, men jag antar att spenat funkar tillsammans med makrill? <em><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>480 g ek. halvtinat spenat<\/em><br \/>\n<em> 2 dl ek. yoghurt<\/em><br \/>\n<em> 3.5 dl ek. standardmj\u00f6lk<\/em><br \/>\n<em> \u00f6rtsalt och \u00bd tsk vitpeppar.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Koka upp och red med maizena f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 den tjockare.<br \/>\nDet skulle egentligen inte ha varit n\u00e5gon yoghurt, mj\u00f6lk eller maizena utan 2 dl cr\u00e8me fraiche och 3 dl matlagningsgr\u00e4dde, men jag hade inte det hemma #improvisation.<\/p>\n<p>Vi ska ha stekta ekologiska \u00e4gg och b\u00f6ngroddar till, min stora starka man f\u00e5r ugnsbakade potatisklyftor ocks\u00e5 #food-is-love.<em><\/em><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/almqvistblogg\/files\/2013\/06\/karl-alfred_1317993581.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1789\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/almqvistblogg\/files\/2013\/06\/karl-alfred_1317993581.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"362\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/almqvistblogg\/files\/2013\/06\/karl-alfred_1317993581.jpg 362w, https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/almqvistblogg\/files\/2013\/06\/karl-alfred_1317993581-217x300.jpg 217w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 362px) 100vw, 362px\" \/><\/a>Karl-Alfred var f\u00f6re sin tid.<br \/>\nSpenat, r\u00f6dbetor och sallad inneh\u00e5ller <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">nitrat<\/span>, ett \u00e4mne som ger starkare muskler enligt en studie fr\u00e5n Karolinska Institutet.<br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.714285714;font-size: 1rem\">Forskarna gav nitrat till en grupp m\u00f6ss via dricksvattnet, motsvarande m\u00e4ngd som en m\u00e4nniska skulle f\u00e5 i sig genom att \u00e4ta 200\u2013300 gram f\u00e4rsk spenat eller tre till fyra r\u00f6dbetor om dagen.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.714285714;font-size: 1rem\">Efter bara en vecka hade m\u00f6ssen f\u00e5tt enormt starkare muskler i benen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/almqvistblogg\/files\/2013\/06\/pannkakor.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-1790\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/almqvistblogg\/files\/2013\/06\/pannkakor-680x453.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"476\" height=\"317\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/almqvistblogg\/files\/2013\/06\/pannkakor-680x453.jpg 680w, https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/almqvistblogg\/files\/2013\/06\/pannkakor-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/almqvistblogg\/files\/2013\/06\/pannkakor.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 476px) 100vw, 476px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Till kv\u00e4llsmat har jag gjort<strong> tunna knapriga pannkakor<\/strong>, det<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e4r min killes favorit (<em>ni vet v\u00e4l att v\u00e4gen till en mans hj\u00e4rta g\u00e5r genom magen?<\/em>) Jag anv\u00e4nde bovetemj\u00f6l ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r vetemj\u00f6l, det blev j\u00e4ttebra.
