F\u00f6r att inte bara tr\u00e4na samma gamla vanliga sit-ups och armh\u00e4vningar kollade jag mycket p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningsvideos fr\u00e5n YouTube innan, det \u00e4r verkligen det <strong>enklaste<\/strong> s\u00e4ttet att tr\u00e4na: man kan vara hemma, de visar hur du ska g\u00f6ra, det \u00e4r kul, man blir motiverad och det finns hur m\u00e5nga klipp som helst..
