Hacka gull\u00f6ken och vitl\u00f6ken. L\u00e5t ligga i 10 min, det tar ungef\u00e4r s\u00e5 l\u00e5ng tid f\u00f6r att l\u00f6ken ska utveckla massa nyttiga \u00e4mnen.<br \/>\n2. Sk\u00e4r k\u00f6ttet i ca 2 cm stora grytbitar.<br \/>\n3. Sk\u00e4r paprikorna i strimlor.<br \/>\n4. Sk\u00e4r tomaterna i bitar.<br \/>\n5. Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme tills den blir glansig.<br \/>\n6. L\u00e4gg i k\u00f6ttet och stek i ca 5 min.<br \/>\n7. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vatten ca 2 cm \u00f6ver k\u00f6ttet s\u00e5 det t\u00e4cks ordentligt.<br \/>\n8. R\u00f6r i paprikapulvret och \u00f6vriga kryddor.<br \/>\n9. L\u00e4gg i tomaten och paprikan.<br \/>\n10.
