F\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en <strong>kanelsmak<\/strong> kan man koka mj\u00f6lken med n\u00e5gra kanelst\u00e4nger.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda i knappt 1 dl glutenfria havregryn<br \/>\nKoka upp, salta lite.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e4ng av v\u00e4rmen, l\u00e4gg i bl\u00e5b\u00e4r, hallon, jordgubbar och n\u00e5gra torkade mullb\u00e4r.<br \/>\nF\u00f6rvara f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r i en sk\u00e5l i kylsk\u00e5pet och anv\u00e4nd b\u00e4rsaften som bildas i botten till smoothies eller h\u00e4ll i gr\u00f6ten.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda ner ca 1 msk Ledins H\u00e4lsom\u00e5l (inneh\u00e5ller linfr\u00f6, vetegroddar, alfalfa, inulin, n\u00e4sslor, nypon, lakritsrot).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Krossa lite naturella, osaltade n\u00f6tter, t.ex. paran\u00f6tter, cashewn\u00f6tter, pinjen\u00f6tter eller valn\u00f6tter, och h\u00e4ll i.<br \/>\nF\u00f6rvara n\u00f6tter och fr\u00f6n i kylsk\u00e5pet d\u00e5 de annars h\u00e4rsknar (vilket inte direkt k\u00e4nns p\u00e5 lukt\/smak).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Drick med ekologiskt gr\u00f6nt te. Te beh\u00f6ver dra <strong>minst<\/strong> 3 minuter f\u00f6r att bilda massa nyttiga antioxidanter och tein.
