Eftersom det h\u00e4nder v\u00e4ldigt mycket i mitt liv just nu s\u00e5 t\u00e4nkte jag att det vore kul att komma ig\u00e5ng med bloggen s\u00e5 ni kan f\u00f6lja med p\u00e5 min resa. Som ni kanske vet ska jag t\u00e4vla i Bikini fitness om ca 3 veckor.. har nu g\u00e5tt p\u00e5 diet i ca 10 veckor. Det \u00e4r s\u00e5 mycket tuffare \u00e4n vad man tror och det kr\u00e4vs en enorm vilja f\u00f6r att klara av detta, oavsett hur t\u00e4vlingen g\u00e5r s\u00e5 \u00e4r jag s\u00e5 sjukt stolt \u00f6ver mig sj\u00e4lv att jag gjort detta!! Det b\u00f6rjar bli riktigt bra resultat p\u00e5 kroppen nu och jag har g\u00e5tt ner ca 5 kg nu, dock ska det bort cirka 2 kg till. Det \u00e4r nu det b\u00f6rjar bli jobbigt tycker jag, det \u00e4r s\u00e5 sv\u00e5rt att f\u00e5 bort det d\u00e4r &#8221;sista&#8221; p\u00e5 kroppen.. men det g\u00e4ller bara att k\u00e4mpa \u00e4nnu h\u00e5rdare med b\u00e5de cardio och kost. Fr\u00e5n och med nu blir det riktigt fina \u00e4tardagar med tex proteinpannkakor osv.. jag har dock \u00e4nd\u00e5 varit r\u00e4tt duktig och inte \u00e4tit massa socker, godis osv p\u00e5 mina \u00e4tardagar tidigare. Just nu best\u00e5r veckorna utav tr\u00e4ning, lagat mat, jobba, \u00e4ta och sova.. man hinner verkligen ingenting annat.. idag ska jag k\u00f6ra mitt 8e pass denna vecka s\u00e5 ni f\u00f6rst\u00e5r hur mycket tr\u00e4ning det kr\u00e4vs. Klockan ringer 04.45 varje morgon och d\u00e5 \u00e4r det dags f\u00f6r cardio innan frukosten, men jag tycker \u00e4nd\u00e5 det \u00e4r r\u00e4tt sk\u00f6nt att b\u00f6rja dagen med ett cardiopass.. man piggnar till i huvudet och f\u00e5r mer energi p\u00e5 jobbet sen. \ud83d\ude42 Idag har jag ben p\u00e5 schemat.. k\u00e4nns \u00e4nd\u00e5 r\u00e4tt bra att ha det efter min \u00e4tardag eftersom man har laddat upp med lite mer kolhydrater osv d\u00e5, benen \u00e4r s\u00e5 j\u00e4kla tungt s\u00e5 man beh\u00f6ver lite extra energi d\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jag sl\u00e4nger upp lite bilder fr\u00e5n senaste veckorna .. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Ha en bra dag!
