Vad sk\u00f6nt det \u00e4r med rutiner. Det tyckte jag aldrig n\u00e4r jag var yngre, men idag uppskattar jag dem. J\u00e4ttejobbigt blir det n\u00e4r man bryter dem. Som ig\u00e5r, att jag och v\u00e4nner gick ut i fredags br\u00f6t g\u00e5rdagens rutiner. &#8211; J\u00e4tteobekv\u00e4mt. S\u00e5 ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r mina sk\u00f6na rutiner blev det orutin p\u00e5 mat\u00e4tandet, p\u00e5 tillvaknandet, p\u00e5 allt. Idag vaknar jag som en ny och hel m\u00e4nniska igen. \u00c5h! Mina rutiner \u00e4r att vakna n\u00e5gorlunda tidigt. &#8211; M\u00e4rkligt \u00e4r det att fr\u00e5n att ha varit en sovm\u00e4nniska som kunnat sova 10-12 timmar utan problem, nu har problem att f\u00e5 ihop 8 timmars s\u00f6mn. Ig\u00e5rkv\u00e4ll somnade jag dock runt 8 och vaknade runt 8 idag. Underbart!<br \/>\nHursomhelst, rutinerna.. vakna n\u00e5gorlunda tidigt, s\u00e4tta p\u00e5 kaffe fr\u00e5n Arvid Nordqvist, g\u00f6ra en smoothie med exempelvis banan, babyspenat, morot, avokado, gojib\u00e4r, kanel, vaniljyoghurt och mj\u00f6lk, \u00e4ta samtidigt som jag aktiverar hj\u00e4rnan med n\u00e5got informativt program p\u00e5 svtplay s\u00e5som Debatt, Dokument\u00e4rfilm, Dokument inifr\u00e5n\/utifr\u00e5n etc etc &#8211; efter detta \u00e4r min dag ig\u00e5ng!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rutiner.
