Fick\u00a0inte remiss till en dietist, som jag ville, f\u00f6r l\u00e4s\u00e5ren tyckte jag hanterar kosten bra. Fyra m\u00e5l om dagen, inte f\u00f6r jobbig mat, mycket fibrer, inget vitt br\u00f6d, mycket frukt och gr\u00f6nsaker (d\u00e4r kan jag nog bli b\u00e4ttre) och mindre och fler m\u00e5ltider n\u00e4r magen \u00e4r jobbig. Men jag m\u00e5ste \u00e4ta mer, n\u00e4r magen \u00e4r bra, f\u00f6r jag \u00e4r underviktig f\u00f6r tillf\u00e4llet. S\u00e5 det \u00e4r dags att fl\u00e4ska p\u00e5 mig lite!<\/p>\n<p>Ut\u00f6ver det s\u00e5 var jag v\u00e4ldigt blek (antagligen s\u00f6mnbrist\u00a0s\u00e4ger jag, sov inget f\u00f6rra natten) och hade bl\u00e5sljud i\u00a0hj\u00e4rtat (!!). Men det var\u00a0inget att oroa sig f\u00f6r! F\u00f6r s\u00e4kerhets skull tog hon blodprov d\u00e4r hon kollade bland annat blodv\u00e4rde och sk\u00f6ldk\u00f6rtel.
