Gjorde dom liite nyttigare, men lika goda f\u00f6r det. Jag fick slut p\u00e5 sm\u00f6r till fyllningen s\u00e5 jag blandade ut det lilla som var kvar med mandelmassa. Det blev faktiskt riktigt gott och s\u00e5 hade jag lite krossade valn\u00f6tter i med.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Ingredienser<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">150 g mjukt sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">5 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">50 g j\u00e4st<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1\/2 tsk salt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1\/2 dl str\u00f6socker<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 dl brun farin socker<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2 tsk mald kardemumma<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">6 dl vetemj\u00f6l + 1 dl till kn\u00e5dning<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">6 dl grahamsmj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1. \u00a0V\u00e4rm mj\u00f6lken och kardemumman till 37\u00ba (fingervarmt).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2. Smula j\u00e4sten i bunken och tills\u00e4tt litet av mj\u00f6lken. R\u00f6r tills j\u00e4sten l\u00f6st sig. Tills\u00e4tt resten av mj\u00f6lken och sm\u00f6ret.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">3. Tills\u00e4tt saltet,\u00a0sockret och\u00a0mj\u00f6let. Arbeta degen i ca 5 minuter den ska vara lite l\u00f6s. L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa under duk till dubbel storlek, 20-30 minuter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">4. Tag upp degen p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lat bakbord och kn\u00e5da den smidig med ca i dl mj\u00f6l. Kavla ut degen och ha p\u00e5 mandelfyllning eller sm\u00f6r, kanel, vaniljsocker och socker. G\u00f6r sn\u00e4ckor eller n\u00e5gon annan form. L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa under duk i 30 minuter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">5. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225-250\u00ba. Pensla bullarna med uppvispat \u00e4gg och lite vatten. Str\u00f6 p\u00e5\u00a0p\u00e4rlsocker. Gr\u00e4dda bullarna mitt i ugnen 5-10 minuter. L\u00e5t svalna p\u00e5 galler.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Mandelfyllning<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Ha i ingredienser efter smak.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">mandelmassa, riven<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">mjukt sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">kanel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">socker<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">vaniljsocker<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00e4ggvita<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Vispa mandelmassan och sm\u00f6ret med en elvisp. St\u00e4ll bunken i mikron i ca 1-2 minuter s\u00e5 att massan blir mjuk. Vispa igen och tills\u00e4tt kanel, socker och vaniljsocker.
