Det \u00e4r \u00e4ven j\u00e4tte gott att smaks\u00e4tta kn\u00e4cken med kanel eller kardemumma, eller b\u00e5da!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em>Chokladkn\u00e4ck<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">2 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">2 dl socker<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">2 dl ljus sirap<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">2 msk kakao<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">2 tsk kanel (valfritt)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1\/2 tsk kardemumma (valfritt)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">2 msk sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1. Blanda str\u00f6socker, vispgr\u00e4dde och sirap i en stor tjockbottnad kastrull med h\u00f6ga kanter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">2. Koka utan lock och r\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 tills termometern visar 122 grader eller n\u00e4r smeten h\u00e5ller kulprovet: h\u00e4ll n\u00e5gra droppar smet i iskallt vatten och rulla till en kula som ska vara fast och h\u00e5rd. Koktid 15-20 minuter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">3. Tills\u00e4tt kakao, eventuell smaks\u00e4ttning och sm\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">4. H\u00e4ll smeten i en kanna och f\u00f6rdela kn\u00e4cken i sm\u00e5 formar (g\u00e4rna ischokladformar s\u00e5 lossnar kn\u00e4cken enkelt n\u00e4r det \u00e4r dags att \u00e4ta) eller h\u00e4ll i en form med bakpl\u00e5tspapper (sk\u00e4r upp n\u00e4r det stelnat).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">5.
