Men dt g\u00e4ller bara dom som inte har tr\u00e4nat, s\u00e5 jag d\u00e5 skulle k\u00f6pa ett likadant kort f\u00f6r 400 kr. S\u00e5 jag k\u00f6pt inget, jag har ju fotbollen och nu kan man ju fortfaranade springa ute. F\u00e5r bli mer till vintern och n\u00e4r vi har uppeh\u00e5ll fr\u00e5n fotbollen..<\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P><FONT face=\"Comic Sans MS\">Hur det g\u00e5r f\u00f6r mitt m\u00e5l \u00e4r v\u00e4l s\u00e5d\u00e4r. \u00c4r iaf nere p\u00e5 58 kg s\u00e5 det \u00e4r 3 kg kvar&#8230; Har inte v\u00e4gt mig p\u00e5 ett par dagar, men ska f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka komma ih\u00e5g att g\u00f6ra det imon p\u00e5 morgonen..<BR><\/FONT><FONT face=\"Comic Sans MS\"><U><STRONG>Dagen m\u00e5ltider.<BR><\/STRONG><\/U>Frukost: <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Comic Sans MS\"><EM>Smoothi<BR><\/EM>Lunch: <EM>En tomat och ca 30g fetaost<\/EM>.<BR>Middag: <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Comic Sans MS\"><EM>En halv paprika och ca 30g fetaost.<BR><\/EM>Efter tr\u00e4ningen: E<EM>n tallrik fil med russin<\/EM><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P><FONT face=\"Comic Sans MS\">Kram Kram nu ska jag ut i sp\u00e5ret =)<\/FONT><\/P><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ikv\u00e4ll blir det tr\u00e4ning, ska ut och springa 5 km..
