Har br\u00e4nnt ca 800 kalorier. vilket \u00e4r en pizza.. T\u00e4nk s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge man m\u00e5ste tr\u00e4na f\u00f6r att bli av med den!!!!<BR><BR>\u00c4r nu helt d\u00f6d i benen, har tr\u00e4nat r\u00e4tt s\u00e5 bra den h\u00e4r veckan!!<BR>M\u00e5ltider idag<BR>Frukost: Smoothi, gjord p\u00e5&nbsp;hallon och verum h\u00e4lsofil<BR>Lunch: En tomat och ca 30g fetaost<BR>Middag: M\u00e5ltidsers\u00e4ttnig<BR>Vart dock&nbsp; lite choklad idag =(<BR><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P><FONT face=\"Comic Sans MS\">Verkar som att det blir mys ensam i soffan ikv\u00e4ll&#8230;<BR>Sverigs damer ligger under ocks\u00e5 med 2-0 hoppas att det v\u00e4nder.<BR>Imorgon spelar herrarna mot ungern.
