{"id":345,"date":"2010-02-08T18:05:00","date_gmt":"2010-02-08T17:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/angie\/2010\/02\/08\/skona-ledig-mandag\/"},"modified":"2010-02-08T18:05:00","modified_gmt":"2010-02-08T17:05:00","slug":"skona-ledig-mandag","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/angie\/2010\/02\/08\/skona-ledig-mandag\/","title":{"rendered":"SK\u00f6na ledig m\u00e5ndag"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><P>Sk\u00f6nt vaknade 10 imorse =)<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Och b\u00f6rjade dagen med f\u00e4rsk annanas och detox te. <BR>V\u00e4ntade p\u00e5 att mina solisar skulle bli leverade, dom kom vid 11 tiden.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Efter det vart det gymmet f\u00f6r l\u00f6pning i 5 km s\u00e5 gick jag 2,5 km.<BR>K\u00f6rde inte s\u00e5 h\u00e5rt f\u00f6r k\u00f6r ett pass nu ikv\u00e4ll.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Ida p\u00e5 dagen har jag legat i soffan och bara vilat och tagit det lugnt.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Har lagat Thaigrytan f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen idag =)<BR>Smakad p\u00e5 den och det va j\u00e4tte g\u00e5tt, jag ska ha den till matl\u00e5dan den h\u00e4r veckan.<BR>Till middag idag \u00e5t jag nutrilett meal , det \u00e4r som en chockladkaka fast nyttig och m\u00e4ttande =)<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Nu m\u00e5ste jag byta om f\u00f6r att ska ner till gymmet igen och k\u00f6ra spinning =)<\/P><br \/>\n<P>&nbsp;<\/P><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sk\u00f6nt vaknade 10 imorse =) Och b\u00f6rjade dagen med f\u00e4rsk annanas och detox te.
