H\u00e4r nedan kommer n\u00e5gra f\u00f6rslag och tips p\u00e5 goda glasyrer!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ITALIENSK MAR\u00c4NG<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>330 g str\u00f6socker<\/li>\n<li>100 g vatten<\/li>\n<li>150 g \u00e4ggvita<\/li>\n<li>Termometer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Koka upp 300 g socker i vattnet till 120-125\u00ba. B\u00f6rja vispa \u00e4ggvitan och den andra m\u00e4ngden socker n\u00e4r sockerlagen \u00e4r 110-115\u00ba. H\u00e4ll ner den kokande sockerlagen i den vispade vitan. H\u00e4ll l\u00e5ngsamt i en str\u00e5le med vispen p\u00e5 l\u00e4gsta v\u00e4xeln. Vispa snabbt i n\u00e5gon minut och d\u00e4refter l\u00e5ngsammare tills allt blivit kallt. Spritsa eller bred p\u00e5 muffinsen. Br\u00e4nn slutligen mar\u00e4ngen med gasolbr\u00e4nnare. Sl\u00e5 d\u00e4refter p\u00e5 gr\u00e4dden och r\u00f6r om i ytterligare tv\u00e5 minuter. D\u00e5 s\u00e5sen tjocknat, ta av kastrullen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t svalna i fem minuter under omr\u00f6rning. Vispa i florsocker och vaniljsocker.
