Tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lken och r\u00f6r ut j\u00e4sten. H\u00e4ll i socker, salt och\u00a0 kardemumma. Baka i vetemj\u00f6let (spara lite till utbakningen). Kn\u00e5da degen\u00a0 ordentligt och l\u00e5t j\u00e4sa under duk i 30 minuter. Arbeta sedan degen igen p\u00e5\u00a0 bakbordet (anv\u00e4nd det sparade mj\u00f6let). Dela i fyra delar och kavla ut till tunna\u00a0 l\u00e4ngder. R\u00f6r ihop fyllningen och bred p\u00e5 den utkavlade degen. Rulla ihop som en\u00a0 rullt\u00e5rta, sk\u00e4r i tv\u00e5 till tre centimeter tjocka skivor och l\u00e4gg i bullformar\u00a0 (eller vik dem dubbla, sk\u00e4r i remsor och tvinna till bullar). L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa igen i 30\u00a0 minuter under duk.
