Koka upp och lyft bort kastrullen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen.<\/li>\n<li>Dela sm\u00f6ret och l\u00e4gg det i en bunke tillsammans med kryddorna. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver den heta sockerblandningen och r\u00f6r om tills sm\u00f6ret sm\u00e4lt. L\u00e5t det svalna till rumstemperatur.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda mj\u00f6l med bikarbonat och r\u00f6r ner det i smeten, som blir ganska l\u00f6s (den sv\u00e4ller sedan). Arbeta ihop degen med en tr\u00e4- eller plastgaffel.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t degen vila, \u00f6vert\u00e4ckt eller inlagd i plastp\u00e5se, 1\u20132 dygn innan den bakas ut. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. Kavla ut en liten bit i taget \u2013 det \u00e4r alltid enklast. Mj\u00f6la l\u00e4tt p\u00e5 bakbordet och kaveln.<\/li>\n<li>Ta ut pepparkaksfigurer med m\u00e5tt eller sk\u00e4r ut p\u00e5 fri hand med vass kniv och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt in pl\u00e5ten i ugn, 200 grader och gr\u00e4dda kakorna i 4-6 minuter. Passa noga \u2013 pepparkakor br\u00e4nns l\u00e4tt.<\/li>\n<li>Vispa samman kristyren kraftigt med en elvisp. Dela upp den i flera sk\u00e5lar och droppa ner olika karamellf\u00e4rg i sk\u00e5larna.
