Tillexempel, jogga, springa, simma eller annan form av tr\u00e4ning som g\u00f6r att du h\u00e5ller ig\u00e5ng konstant.<br \/>\nDitt hj\u00e4rta ska sl\u00e5 ett visst antal slag per minut f\u00f6r att tappa fett. Hur l\u00e4nge jag k\u00f6r och hur fort varierar. Jag brukar oftast h\u00e5lla mig till 45min och absolut inte mindre \u00e4n 30min. Om jag inte har tillg\u00e5ng till gym brukar jag g\u00e5 supersnabba pw.s\/jogga utomhus. Har jag tillg\u00e5ng till gym blir det oftast l\u00f6pbandet eller crosstrainern. Intervaller eller vanlig jogging.\u00a0Tempot varierar f\u00f6r varje individ.<\/p>\n<p>Huvudsaken \u00e4r att hj\u00e4rtat f\u00e5r pumpa och att jag \u00e4r helt slut efter\u00e5t<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gl\u00f6m inte att all tr\u00e4ning \u00e4r individuell, du kan aldrig anpassa dig efter n\u00e5gon annan.
