F\u00f6r idag k\u00f6r jag bara kondition och n\u00e5gon enstaka styrka p\u00e5 ViPR och andra pass, men till 90% best\u00e5r min tr\u00e4ning utav kondition.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e5 idag t\u00e4nkte jag tips om dips<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6rberedande:<\/strong>\u00a0St\u00e4ll dig med h\u00e4nderna greppade l\u00e4ngs r\u00e4cket och armarna raka.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Utf\u00f6rande:<\/strong>\u00a0G\u00e5 sedan ner med \u00f6verkroppen och l\u00e5t armb\u00e5garna vara n\u00e5gorlunda fixerade.
