Trodde att det skulle vara j\u00e4ttes\u00f6tt och \u00e4ckligt, men det var faktiskt tv\u00e4rtom, den var l\u00e4tt, luftig och otroligt god!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/cdn1.cdnme.se\/3538510\/6-3\/dsc_1593_51703caf9606ee16877ba442.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Receptet<\/p>\n<div>6 st \u00e4ggvitor<\/div>\n<div>1 + 2 dl str\u00f6socker<\/div>\n<div>2,5 dl + 1 dl riven kokos<\/div>\n<div>4 msk potatismj\u00f6l<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>3-4 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<\/div>\n<div>250 gram valfria b\u00e4r (jag anv\u00e4nde f\u00e4rska jordgubbar)<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>*S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. Rosta 2,5 dl kokos i en stekpanna, r\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 s\u00e5 det inte br\u00e4nns. Ta pannan fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen. Vispa \u00e4ggvitorna med 1 dl str\u00f6socker till en mar\u00e4ng. N\u00e4r mar\u00e4ngen \u00e4r fast och glansig tills\u00e4tter du resten av sockret och vispar ytterligare 2 min. Blanda rostad kokos och potatismj\u00f6l. V\u00e4nd ner blandningen i\u00a0mar\u00e4ngen.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>*L\u00e4gg ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t. Sprita smeten i l\u00e5nga str\u00e4nga t\u00e4tt bredvid varandra. Spritsa s\u00e5 att str\u00e4ngarna g\u00e5r parallellet l\u00e4ngs med pl\u00e5tens l\u00e5ngsida. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver resten av kokosen. Gr\u00e4dda mitt i ugnen i ca 15 min. Ta ut pl\u00e5ten och v\u00e4nd \u00f6ver bottnen p\u00e5 ett nytt bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Dra av pappret fr\u00e5n bottnen och l\u00e5t svalna.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>*Vispa gr\u00e4dden fast och bred ut \u00f6ver mar\u00e4ngbottnen. Sprid ut b\u00e4ren. Rulla till en fast rulle med hj\u00e4lp av pappret. Se till att skarven hamnar ned\u00e5t s\u00e5 rullen h\u00e5ller ihop. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 i kylen fram till servering.
