Bryn k\u00f6ttet i omg\u00e5ngar i sm\u00f6r-&amp;rapsolja i en stekpanna och l\u00e4gg \u00f6ver i en gryta. Skala l\u00f6k och morot, ansa och sk\u00f6lj purjol\u00f6ken. Skiva l\u00f6k, morot och purjol\u00f6k. L\u00e4gg den gula l\u00f6ken i grytan, salta och tills\u00e4tt kryddor och vatten. Koka upp och l\u00e5t sjuda 45 minuter. L\u00e4gg ner morot och purjol\u00f6k och sjud ytterligare 15 minuter eller tills k\u00f6ttet \u00e4r m\u00f6rt. Red av kalopsen med mj\u00f6let utr\u00f6rt i lite vatten.
