Fr\u00e4s dem n\u00e5gon minut i oljan och r\u00f6r ner krossade och passerade tomater, vatten och socker. L\u00e5t det koka ca 5 minuter p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme. R\u00f6r ner peston och smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda cr\u00e8me fraiche med mj\u00f6lken.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg lite av tomats\u00e5sen i en ugnss\u00e4ker form. Varva lasagneplattorna med tomats\u00e5s och avrunnen majs. Bred ut cr\u00e8me fraichen p\u00e5 ett lager i mitten. Toppa med tomats\u00e5s och ost.<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda lasagnen mitt i ugnen ca 20 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Servera lasagnen med rucola.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>F\u00f6r alla<\/h3>\n<p>L\u00e4s noga ingrediensf\u00f6rteckningen p\u00e5 peston, kan inneh\u00e5lla laktos och mj\u00f6lkprotein.<br \/>\nG\u00f6r glutenfri: om man inte hittar glutenfria lasagneplattor, s\u00e5 ta vanlig glutenfri pasta som f\u00f6rkokas men med n\u00e5got f\u00f6rkortat koktid.<br \/>\nG\u00f6r laktosfri: anv\u00e4nd cr\u00e8me fraiche och mj\u00f6lk utan laktos.<br \/>\nG\u00f6r mj\u00f6lkproteinfri: byt ut cr\u00e8me fraichen mot Sour Supreme (inneh\u00e5ller soja). Byt ut mj\u00f6lken mot havre-, ris- eller sojaalternativ. Uteslut osten.<br \/>\nG\u00f6r \u00e4ggfri: k\u00e4nsliga \u00e4ggallergiker b\u00f6r v\u00e4lja ost utan konserverings\u00e4mnet E1105 Lysozym (peston).
