M\u00f6rk chokladkola: Blanda gr\u00e4dde, socker, sirap och kakao i en kastrull och koka upp. L\u00e5t koka ca 10 min till 120\u00b0. Dra kastrullen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och R\u00f6r i \u00e4ttiksprit och sm\u00f6r. H\u00e4ll upp kolan i pajskalet. St\u00e4ll kallt.<br \/>\n<strong>3<\/strong>. Vit chokladkola: Blanda gr\u00e4dde, socker och sirap i en kastrull. Koka upp och koka ca 10 min till 120\u00b0.<br \/>\n<strong>4<\/strong>. Hacka under tiden chokladen. Dra kastrullen \u00e5t sidan och r\u00f6r i hackad choklad, \u00e4ttiksprit och sm\u00f6r. H\u00e4ll genast smeten \u00f6ver den stelnade m\u00f6rka chokladkolan. St\u00e4ll kallt.<br \/>\n<strong>5<\/strong>. Inf\u00f6r servering \u00e4r det gott om pajen st\u00e4lls fram en stund innan den serveras. Pudra \u00f6ver kakao. Servera i sm\u00e5 bitar d\u00e5 pajen \u00e4r mycket m\u00e4ktig.
