G\u00f6r en helt pl\u00e5t och frys in de bullarna som blir \u00f6ver.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ca 40 bitar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rja med fyllningen f\u00f6r den ska klickas ut p\u00e5 en tallrik och hinna frysa till bitar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fyllning<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>75 g sm\u00f6r, rumsvarmt<\/em><br \/>\n<em>100 g Philadelphiaost<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 \u00bd\u00a0dl florsocker<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 msk vaniljsocker<\/em><br \/>\n<em>rivet skal fr\u00e5n 1 citron<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bulldegen<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>25 g j\u00e4st<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3 dl mj\u00f6lk, ljummen<\/em><br \/>\n<em>75 g sm\u00f6r, rumsvarmt<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00bd dl str\u00f6socker<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 nypa salt<\/em><br \/>\n<em>7\u20138 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00d6R S\u00c5 H\u00c4R<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Fyllning:<\/strong>\u00a0R\u00f6r ihop alla ingredienserna ordentligt i en sk\u00e5l. Klicka ut ca 40 h\u00f6gar p\u00e5 en tallrik. St\u00e4ll den i frysen i 1\u20132 tim s\u00e5 att bitarna blir frysta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Smula j\u00e4sten<\/strong>\u00a0i en bunke och l\u00f6s upp den med mj\u00f6lken. Tills\u00e4tt sm\u00f6r, socker, salt och vetemj\u00f6l, lite i taget. R\u00f6r ihop allt till en lite kladdig deg. Str\u00f6 lite mj\u00f6l \u00f6ver ytan och l\u00e5t den j\u00e4sa under bakduk i ca 40 min.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Tryck ut degen<\/strong>\u00a0i en smord l\u00e5ngpanna, ca 29 x 32 cm. L\u00e5t degen j\u00e4sa under bakduk i ca 30 min. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. G\u00f6r ca 40 h\u00e5l<\/strong>\u00a0i degen med fingret och tryck ner en bit fryst fyllning i varje h\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Pensla degen<\/strong>\u00a0med uppvispat \u00e4gg och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver p\u00e4rlsocker. Gr\u00e4dda bullen mitt i ugnen i 18\u201325 min.
