Gr\u00e4dda i mitten av ugnen i ca 10 minuter. Sk\u00e4r sedan i bitar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jag blandade ner 1\/2 dl solrosk\u00e4rnor i smeten innan jag plattade ut det p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten<\/p>\n<p><em>* Kruskakli \u00e4r vetekornets skaldelar och inneh\u00e5ller ytterst lite kolhydrater men mycket kostfiber (vilket kan vara irriterande f\u00f6r en del).
