Nu p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen har det blivit 150 armh\u00e4vningar (so far, more to come) och n\u00e5gra squats.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Jag tr\u00e4nar inte f\u00f6r Beach 20** utan jag k\u00f6r en \u00e5ret runt tr\u00e4ning och vill vara i form oavsett v\u00e4der.
