Ljumma vattnet till 37 grader, fingervarmt! R\u00f6r ut j\u00e4sten i vattnet och r\u00f6r i resterande ingredienser. Ta upp degen p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lat bakbord och kn\u00e5da den smidig. Forma degen till en l\u00e5ng rulle ca 50 cm l\u00e5ng. Sk\u00e4r degen i 16 lika stora bitar. V\u00e4nd bitar i mj\u00f6l och platta till dom n\u00e5got med handen. L\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 l\u00e5t och l\u00e5t j\u00e4sa under bakduk 40 min. V\u00e4rm ugnen till 250 grader. Gr\u00e4dda bullarna i 10-12 min. L\u00e5t svalna p\u00e5 galler!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kallj\u00e4sning :<\/strong><br \/>\nOm du vill f\u00f6rbereda degen kv\u00e4llen innan s\u00e5 kallj\u00e4ser du frallorna i kylsk\u00e5pet. D\u00e5 beh\u00f6ver du inte ljumma degv\u00e4tskan till 37 grader utan du anv\u00e4nder kallt vatten ur kranen. Anv\u00e4nder du<strong> <\/strong>torrj\u00e4st r\u00e4kna 1 pkt torrj\u00e4st (14 gram) som motsvarar 1 pkt f\u00e4rsk j\u00e4st (50 gram). Dock s\u00e4ljs torrj\u00e4sten i 2-pack, s\u00e5 anv\u00e4nd bara den ena p\u00e5sen. Jag anv\u00e4nder ofta torrj\u00e4st n\u00e4r jag kallj\u00e4ser l\u00e4ngre \u00e4n 12 timmar, det brukar bli himla bra! Baka ut frallorna p\u00e5 ugnspl\u00e5t, t\u00e4ck med plastfoli\u00e9 och st\u00e4ll in i kylen \u00f6ver natten.
