Kan \u00e4rligt s\u00e4ga att det blivit v\u00e4rre med maten och tr\u00e4ningen sedan jag f\u00e5tt hj\u00e4lp ang. detta. N\u00e4r dem ber\u00e4ttade att det var allt godis som h\u00f6ll min vikt uppe s\u00e5 har jag indirekt slutat att \u00e4ta godis och lagt av helt med cola zero och \u00e4ter och dricker ytterst lite. I v\u00e4tska blir det vatten i m\u00e4ngder och i matv\u00e4g blir det, bladspenat, f\u00e4rska champinjoner, tomat och gurka. Denna mat \u00e4ter jag 1-2 ggr\/dagen sen blir det en massa tr\u00e4ning p\u00e5 det.
