Nu b\u00f6rjar det nya \u00e5ret 2013 med stormsteg. Min kropp har nu f\u00e5tt vila i tre veckor efter f\u00f6rlossningen s\u00e5 nu \u00e4r det dags att dra ig\u00e5ng med rehab tr\u00e4ning och Power Walks. S\u00e5 fokus p\u00e5 att inte \u00f6veranstr\u00e4nga b\u00e4ckenbotten men \u00e4nd\u00e5 b\u00f6rja f\u00f6rbereda mig inf\u00f6r skid\u00e5kning och Tjejvasan.<br \/>\nI morgon blir det lugn styrketr\u00e4ning p\u00e5 Feelgood och idag Power Walk med lite f\u00f6rsiktig stabilitetstr\u00e4ning h\u00e4r hemma. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/annabeus\/files\/2013\/01\/20130101-102406.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/annabeus\/files\/2013\/01\/20130101-102406.jpg\" alt=\"20130101-102406.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n\u00c4lskar att ha m\u00e5l att str\u00e4va mot\u2764<br \/>\nMina magmuskler skall jag \u00e4ven ta en titt p\u00e5 idag och se hur mycket som g\u00e5tt is\u00e4r. Skall ta och boka en tid hos en sjukgymnast s\u00e5 jag p\u00e5 b\u00e4sta s\u00e4tt kan arbeta ihop dem. Tre veckor efter f\u00f6rlossningen och 11 kg mindre.
