Pga att det \u00e4r i dessa muskler som jag \u00e4r lite kort och stel. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00e4ndes helt fantastiskt att f\u00e5 tr\u00e4na igen. S\u00e5 otroligt befriande att kunna r\u00f6ra sig. \u00c4ven om jag tog det lugnt s\u00e5 blev det jobbigt, och f\u00f6r b\u00e4ckenbottens muskulaturen som efter f\u00f6rlossningen \u00e4r helt eliminerade s\u00e5 \u00e4r det en ganska l\u00e5ng v\u00e4g tillbaka. S\u00e5 det \u00e4r bara t\u00e5lamod och fokusering som hj\u00e4lper.
