Yogalates var helt fantastiskt bra r\u00f6relse och stabilitetstr\u00e4ning passade mig perfekt som lugn tr\u00e4ning. Spinningen k\u00e4ndes j\u00e4tte bra \u00e4ven om jag skippade st\u00e5ende spurtar, satt och k\u00f6rde dem ist. F\u00f6r att slippa s\u00e5dan stor belastning p\u00e5 b\u00e4ckenet \u00e4n s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge.
