Underbar k\u00e4nsla i kroppen n\u00e4r jag f\u00e5r anv\u00e4nda musklerna till vad de \u00e4r gjorda f\u00f6r. Tog mig an crosstrainer, riktigt jobbigt blev det sedan styrka eller r\u00e4ttare sagt stabilitetstr\u00e4ning. Lade \u00e4ven till lite balans \u00f6vning, latss och triseps. Inf\u00f6r Tjejvasan i slutet av februari.<br \/>\nK\u00e4nde efter hur mina raka magmuskler har det. Fr\u00e5n naveln och ca fyra fingrar upp, s\u00e5 fortfarande ganska delade. Jag har \u00e4ven ett litet brock en bit ovanf\u00f6r naveln s\u00e5 ca upp till det. Vet inte riktigt n\u00e4r de v\u00e4xer ihop igen. Men anntar att det inte blir n\u00e5gra situps f\u00f6r \u00e4n dess.
